These Terms use “YomiYomi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” to refer to the operator of the YomiYomi service.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to YomiYomi’s study service and content. The iOS app itself is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). These Terms supplement that agreement. If these Terms conflict with the Standard EULA regarding the app license, the Standard EULA controls. The separate licenses described in Section 9 continue to govern the third-party materials to which they apply.
By downloading, accessing, or using YomiYomi, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use YomiYomi. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the service only with the permission and supervision required from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
A parent or guardian permitting a minor to use YomiYomi should review these Terms and help the minor use the app safely and appropriately.
